Managing internal and external stakeholders is a priority for Shaikha, she is also passionate about exploring innovation and change in procurement and benchmarking for best practices. Shaikha is a Procurement Professional who is currently working at the Telecommunications and Digital Transformation Regulatory Authority in the UAE, handing the IT procurement with a 7 years of experience in this field in different industries from Tourism and Entertainment to Technology and Telecommunications. Shaikha holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and currently finalizing the CIPS Practitioner Certification. She is also the Chair of CIPS Middle East Youth Committee and participated in many webinars with CIPS in some important topics like Sustainability in Procurement and Women Empowerment in Procurement.
